Wearing Pink Is Easy. Creating Safety Takes Leadership

Yesterday was Family Day, and it reminded me how much joy there is even in the smallest things. The fun dinners that turn into art projects. The spontaneous dance parties in the house. The moments when the house is loud and messy and yet still perfect because everyone is together and fully enjoying themselves and in the moment. These are the pieces of life that slip by if we do not slow down to notice them. Embrace them.

Here is to the tiny activities that bring so much joy. Here is to choosing presence over perfection. Here it to choosing laughter over schedules. I hope everyone had an amazing Family Day. With a heart full of gratitude for the little things that make the big things possible.
