My passion for HR has always come from a place of meaning. The work we do is not just about policies or processes (often it is not) it is about people, purpose, and even possibilities. Guiding change, supporting well‑being, and helping organizations navigate complexity with humanity at the middle. I am grateful to be part of a profession that allows me to lift others up, create meaningful, real impact, and champion the values that make workplaces better for everyone.

As I continue my journey in HR, I remain committed to leading with empathy, integrity, and courage. I am proud of the work we do, proud of the people we support, and proud of the community of HR professionals who show up every day with heart. It's hard work.
