I Posted 50 Times… and Gained a Community I Never Saw Coming

I have been reflecting on this past year on LinkedIn, and I am grateful for the conversations, perspectives, and people I have met on this amazing platform.

My LinkedIn grew more than I expected in 2025:

- 165,000 impressions! up 5,358% from 2024)
- 83,500 members reached!
- ~7,500 followers
- over 50 LinkedIn posts
- With a community made up of 38% Senior-level, 20% entry-level, and 10% managers

To me, these numbers represent trust. They represent people who paused in their day to read, reflect, challenge, or share something I wrote.

If anything, this reinforces what I have always advocated for - that is when we speak honestly about the work, the people, and the moments that shape us, others tend to show up.
