Honouring the Voices Shaping HR’s Brightest Future Across BC & Yukon

I am incredibly proud to have been part of the 2025 CPHR BC & Yukon Spotlight Committee. Last year’s nominations were a reminder of just how strong our profession is becoming, with both new and seasoned HR practitioners stepping forward. We saw a wide range of backgrounds, experiences, and voices, each one adding something distinct to our field.

What stood out most was the level of impact. These nominees weren’t just excelling in their roles. Many were driving meaningful change in their organizations and communities. With this kind of talent rising across such diverse profiles, the future of HR remains very promising.

Initiatives like this make me proud to be part of the HR community at large, and proud to stand behind the CPHR designation.
